The Kerala Small Industries Development Corporation is a Public Sector Undertaking fully owned by Government of Kerala (As Accredited Govt. Agency as per G.O.(P)No104/2022/Fin dated 02-09-2022). The construction Division is one of the major divisions of SIDCO which is having well experienced Engineers. There is a network of Engineers throughout the state. The Division has completed various projects in the Construction field during past 47 years on the strength of dynamic, energetic and experienced Engineers and also SIDCO has empanelled Architects for the preparation of DPR, Structural Design, Detailed Estimate etc.
The Construction Division undertakes Civil/Electrical works of various Govt:Departments/PSUs on centage basis in addition to the own works of the organization. SIDCO offers a package of integrated services for Soil Investigation, Surveying, Execution and Management of various types of Civil/Electrical works as Project management consultancy(PMC). The Construction division of SIDCO is strictly following PWD norms in taking and awarding works. It undertakes the Construction of Multistoried Industrial Galas, other public works of the concerned Department / Corporation and other Government Undertakings. Our major clients are LSGD ,Department of Industries & Commerce, Department of SC/ST, Department of General Education. Projects about Rs.82.94 crore are in various stages of Planning and Execution.
